Jagannath M Pawar - Chairman

• Mr. Jagannath Pawar was born in 1941 and grew up in a small village called Bhaur in the Nashik District of Maharashtra, India.

• He was an ambitious and visionary entrepreneur who wanted to be more than just a manufacturer of grinding wheels; he aimed to be an excellent service provider to his customers.

• He believed in uncompromising quality and high manufacturing standards, which is why the quality check system for his products starts right from the raw materials to the finished product.

• Mr. Pawar's management philosophy combined technology, creativity, and reliability to better serve his clients. He was known for offering unique and innovative, customized solutions to his customers.

• In 1980, he founded Supreme Grind-Aids Private Limited (SGAPL) in collaboration with his friends. Two years later, he started his own manufacturing unit for grinding wheels, named Paramount Abrasives Private Limited (PAPL).

• In 1985, he added one more unit to his success by starting Yash Fibro Industries Private Limited, which offered a completely new product line-up.

• In 1986, Mr. Pawar and his friends introduced a new association named Ambad Industrial and Manufacturing Association (AIMA) in the new industrial sector at Nashik called MIDC Ambad. He was the founder member and president of AIMA for five consecutive years.

• In 1999, he became the President of the Nashik Industrial and Manufacturing Association (NIMA) and organized several social events and business-to-business meetings for the industrial hub in Nashik.

• Mr. Pawar set up a new subdivision of Paramount Abrasives Private Limited named Jay Abrasives Private Limited (JAPL) in the 2000s. He was also a founder, active member, and past president of the Rotary Club of Nashik Ambad.

• In 2000, he worked as the President of the Federation of Associations of Small Industries of India (FASII), Delhi.

• In 2015, he launched another company named Yuvika Enterprise, which also manufactured grinding wheels.

• All the manufacturing units were merged into a single entity named Yash Fibro Industries Private Limited (now Yash Abratech Private Limited) in 2018.

• Mr. Jagannath Pawar was not only a successful entrepreneur but also a community leader who contributed significantly to society. He was the first Nashikkar to get a ladies industrial zone in Nashik.

• His legacy continues through the YJP Group, which is a leading manufacturer in its field.
