The Beginning
Mr. Jagannath Pawar was born in a small village called Bhaur in Nashik District, Maharashtra. An ambitious and visionary entrepreneur from the start.
First Venture
Founded Supreme Grind-Aids Private Limited (SGAPL) in collaboration with friends, marking his entry into the precision manufacturing industry.
Own Manufacturing
Started his own manufacturing unit for grinding wheels — Paramount Abrasives Private Limited (PAPL).
New Product Line
Added Yash Fibro Industries Private Limited, offering a completely new product line-up in the abrasive industry.
Industry Leadership
Co-founded AIMA (Ambad Industrial & Manufacturing Association) in MIDC Ambad, Nashik. Served as founder member and president for five consecutive years.
Nashik Industry
Became President of the Nashik Industrial and Manufacturing Association (NIMA), organizing several social events and B2B meetings for the industrial hub.
National Recognition
Served as President of FASII (Federation of Associations of Small Industries of India), Delhi. Set up Jay Abrasives Private Limited as a new subdivision.
Luxury Retail
Entered the luxury retail space with the launch of Yashashree Jewels, bringing fine jewelry craftsmanship to Nashik.
Continued Growth
Launched Yuvika Enterprise, further expanding the grinding wheel manufacturing capabilities of the group.
Consolidation
All manufacturing units merged into a single entity — Yash Fibro Industries Pvt Ltd (now Yash Abratech Private Limited) — for unified operations.
Diversification
Launched Etan Stays in luxury hospitality and Kiviro Labs in technology, cementing YJP Group's status as a diversified conglomerate.
Living Legacy
YJP Group stands as a leading manufacturer and diversified conglomerate. Mr. Pawar was the first Nashikkar to establish a ladies industrial zone in Nashik.
