Leadership & Board of Directors
A board combining four decades of manufacturing instinct with chartered civil engineering, GIA gemology and modern corporate strategy.

Mr. Jagannath M. Pawar
"We started with one product and one promise: that whatever leaves our floor will do exactly what we said it would. Everything the group has become since rests on that."
A visionary entrepreneur who started his journey in the abrasive industry and gradually transformed it into one of Nashik's most diversified business groups. His philosophy has always been anchored in uncompromising quality, continuous innovation, customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.
Beyond business, he has contributed significantly to regional industrial development through organisations such as AIMA, NIMA, FASII and Rotary — work that has helped shape Nashik's manufacturing ecosystem well beyond the boundaries of the group he founded.
That contribution is deliberate. A manufacturing region grows when its suppliers, its workforce and its institutions grow together; the group has always treated industrial association work, apprenticeship and community investment as part of the business, not adjacent to it.

Ashlesh Aher
"An engineering problem and a business problem have more in common than people assume. Both reward whoever checks the specification before making the promise. My job across manufacturing, infrastructure and our lifestyle businesses is to keep that habit intact while the group grows."
A Chartered Civil Engineer and multi-business entrepreneur driving the modern expansion and operational strategy of YJP Group. He leads executive management across the industrial manufacturing, civil infrastructure and lifestyle divisions.
His focus is tech-forward efficiency, cross-sector innovation and building high-performing corporate teams — carrying engineering discipline into businesses that are not, on the surface, engineering businesses at all.

Yashashree Pawar
"Jewellery is bought once and remembered for a lifetime. That is why I insist on certification, honest weights and a design conversation that begins long before the metal is chosen. Craftsmanship is not a finish applied at the end — it is every decision along the way."
A GIA-trained gemologist leading the group's luxury retail division. She bridges heritage artistry with modern elegance, overseeing the curation, bespoke design and brand storytelling of Yashashree Jewels.
Beyond the boutique, she shapes the group's premium lifestyle offerings — the standard of finish, service and presentation that the hospitality and retail businesses are held to.

Yogita Aher
"Governance is the part of a business nobody notices until it fails. Records kept properly, obligations met on time, decisions documented and defensible — unglamorous work, and exactly what allows a family group to be trusted with other people's projects."
An integral member of the board playing a vital role in corporate governance, administrative oversight and industrial representation.
She brings decades of foundational experience to the group's core manufacturing initiatives, and holds the administrative framework that lets thirteen operating companies run under one set of standards.
Yuvraj Pawar
"Diversification only works when each new business is entered from a position of understanding. My role is to test that before we commit: what do we already know here, who is the customer, and what would have to stay true for this to still make sense in ten years."
Instrumental in guiding the strategic direction, operational frameworks and business development across YJP Group's diverse corporate entities and expansion projects.
He works across the group's verticals on where capital goes next — and, just as often, on which opportunities the group should decline.
